Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954, in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson was her mother, while Thomas Allison Lennox was her father. Lennox, who studied for three years in the Royal Academy of Music London in 1970s, was accepted. She survived on a student stipend and did part-time jobs in order to make ends meet. Lennox, while studying at the Royal Academy of Music in London, was not happy about her performances compared to that of the other students. She started to think about other options. Lennox played flute in the band Dragons Playground in 1976. However she left prior to the group's appearance to I.T.V.s talent competition New Faces. She was the singer of The Tourists from 1977 until the year 1980. In this band, she got to know Dave Stewart and together they formed the duo Eurythmics. Lennox was working on her own debut record Diva. It came out in 1993. It was an enormous success as well as the sales as well as critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennoxs 6th solo album came out in the month of October, 2014. The C.D. Lennox picked her favorite blues and soul songs. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four tracks that she improvised for piano that Lennox has released in May 2019. The E.P. This album is a companion piece of her "Now I let it go... art installation, which was displayed at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. The album is her first independent album. Medusa the studio album released in 1995 contains cover versions of songs such asNo MoreI Love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. Six solo studio albums and one compilation album the result of her efforts.
